Non-exclusive, non-transferable access to Tutor Diary Web Application is granted to the user for the duration of the subscription period. Also, your access to the website may also occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. User Responsibility

Price

For on-line payments the total amount due is charged to your credit or debit card in sterling. Dedoc Software Ltd will be allowed to modify product prices at any time. In case of the price changing whilst you place an order, the appropriate price will be the one listed for your product at the moment of your order.

Return Policy

Because of the nature of the products that can be downloaded from the website and in order to avoid fraud risk, you admit and accept not using any return right concerning the software you have downloaded or have started to download. Part used annual licences are not refundable.

Termination

Dedoc Software reserves the rights to suspend any account (with corresponding data) without notice or refund if the user is using Tutor Diary Web Application to send or post any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, indecent, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually orientated, racially offensive, profane, pornographic or violates any applicable law and you hereby indemnify Dedoc Software against any loss, liability, damage or expense of whatever nature which Dedoc Software or any third party may suffer which is caused by or attributable to, whether directly or indirectly, your use of the website to send or post any such message or material.
